Can anybody provide me component list present on this board like i can see them in gerb view however i can't differentiate between them

Regarding component list...
You can use http://www.softwarecompanions.com/gerbview.html software to view all assembled components. Source package for this board http://svn.arhuaco.org/svn/src/emqbit/free-ecb-at91/v1.6/gerbers.tar.bz2 After installing GerbView, try to open .ASB and .AST files in it (.ASB for bottom view where as .AST for Top view). Here one can see all components. Make a list from it.

If you have problem while searching the components because of heavily crowded component assembly then refer schematic diagram. It contains all individual information for corresponding components like values for capacitor or resisters or IC with pin diagrams etc.
