Init doesn't start

Hi,

I've done the _same_ steps by my own but i can't get init process to run, i get the line:

... Freeing init memory: 116K

and that's it. I Also tried whit a statically linked "Hello world" instead of init and the result is the same :( But there is more, running the same init from a NANDflash root file system works fine!

You must know i'm working with a Ronetix eb9261 board with core AT91SAM9261 and the host is a PC running FedoraCore 5.

I don't know what to do. Suggestions?

Regards, Diego A. Fons.

Re: Init doesn't start

Hi Diego.

Do you have the right console in /etc/inittab? Perhaps the right console=.... in the kernel command line?

Regards.
